Meet my newest 3D Character!  I'm super pleased with the way this character spun out! Lol.
I demonstrate in the video below how I use the eye controller rigs made using Xpresso. The controllers help with animating the eyes but are not mandatory to get the eyes animating. The controllers on a game/film character will speed up the animating process and give more flexibility when manipulating the movements. Positioning the character with the ease of controllers will speed up the process of setting keyframes on the timeline. After the character is built and set up then the animation process can be long and timely!
I modeled this character without using a sketch or reference. The goal I had in mind was to build out a character as quickly as possible and time myself. With the multiple ways to build and model inside 3D applications it’s always a challenge to try something new.
I'm using Cinema 4D by Maxon. My other favorite 3D's apps are Maya and Zbrush. I'm crazy happy about my progress and as I shared in the video below. This character will soon get a head attached to a previously made body. hee hee! I have one already to go. I might take time to do a little video to show how her head gets connected .. we all need our heads on straight right?! ha ha! Right now I'm on a mission to finish building her a puppy I started today! She is getting a lil corgi pup! yay! I'm on a new mission this season and I hope to inspire all you creative artists as you brothers n sisters in animation have inspired me! xoxo Happy Day! Remember do what you love and you will love yourself for it all the more! Practice makes perfect and give God the Glory for his Kindness and help! Also, Don't be blue.. let Gods Love shine through you! To eternity and BEYOND!!!! Ter - Bear

Unity 3D Engine Tip - Why are some 3D Objects Disappearing at Runtime?
*Backface Culling*
Unity 3D by default runs with
Backface culling always on.
So, to fix the issue of see through we need to double the
polygon layers.
My hair object has one layer of Polygons.

We spend our time programming, modeling, rigging, weighting,
UV texturing,
animating characters, and working with every
fun thing that
involves film and games. We also work in After Effects!

And many popular web applications like:
FaceBook Games, Ebay, Real Networks, Etsy,
Spoonflower, Microsoft Maps, and the Boeing Infrastructure.
Other favorite art applications we have loved working in include:
Zbrush, Toonboom, PaintShop Pro, Captivate and Acrobat.
We at Game Studio have enjoyed building many amazing
